SwiftSolutions was founded in 2018 and is a subsidiary of Swiftfix Inc.
We offer over two decades of expertise in strategic project management and facilities support. This expertise provides a specialized lens when it comes to Physical Asset Management.
SwiftSolutions was created as a result of a very common industry need- the need for servicing ‘everything in between’. SwiftSolutions operates in the space where an organization’s furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) knowledge or resources may be limited. We have the knowledge, experience, and network to solve just about any FF&E related problem.
We apply a comprehensive 360° approach to identify the specific needs of a project and provide a solution taking in to account both direct and indirect outcomes associated with our work.

SwiftSolutions specializes in all things related to the management of your physical assets. While this can encompass many services and projects, our expertise lies in FF&E planning and problem solving.
Physical Asset Management is often traditionally understood as a systematic approach to managing assets such as technological hardware, furniture, equipment, etc. While this is at the core of what we do, SwiftSolutions extends the definition to include a focus on physical asset problem solving.
Strategic Asset Planning focuses on understanding and maximizing an asset’s value to maintain a specific mission, vision, and values. A Strategic Asset Plan facilitates strengthened relationships with stakeholders by demonstrating a commitment to the long-term planning and financial viability of a venture or organization. SwiftSolutions applies a solutions-based approach to providing physical asset planning and management for organizations of varying industries, size, or age.

Providing a unique expertise in Inventory Control, SwiftSolutions provides full support in managing the documentation of your current physical assets. We use specialized technology and a modern approach to complete the full on-site inventory of all FF&E located in an existing facility with minimal disruption to everyday workflow. We can also provide increased inventory support that allows for liaison with organization and stakeholders, rating existing FF&E condition in accordance with warranty terms, and facilitate special handling of any specialized FF&E.
SwiftSolutions is available to offer business relocation services for small to large organizations. From decommissioning to commissioning, we can provide and oversee a complete transition plan that focuses on effective communication and building organizational engagement to ensure your move is a seamless as possible.
With over 80,000sq of storage space, we are able to provide temporary storage solutions to meet your FF&E needs throughout a project.
Available late 2020, SwiftSpace storage will be conveniently offered in Toronto’s downtown core. We will be able to receive and store your project’s equipment and supplies, and can provide access at any time of day- including after hours.
